📄 Terms & Conditions of Service (Effective July 2025)

By booking with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A £50 non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment (especially for new clients).
  • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of invoice to secure the slot.
  • Full payment is due on completion of service unless agreed in writing.

3. Access & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and timely access to the property.
  • Ensure electricity and water are available (if needed).
  • Secure any valuables before we arrive.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable (e.g., aggressive pets, no access, hazardous materials).


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Domestic Clients:

  • Cancel ≥48 hrs before: no charge.
  • Cancel 24–48 hrs before: 50% of job fee.
  • Cancel <24 hrs before or no-show: 100% of job fee.
  • Reschedules under 24 hours may incur a £20 admin fee.

Commercial Clients:

  • Cancel <7 days before: 10% admin fee.
  • Cancel or reschedule on day of service: charges may apply for travel, wages, and admin.

5. What’s Included

Each booking includes only the services specified in your quote or confirmation. Add-ons or extra time must be requested and may incur an extra charge.


6. Service Guarantee

We want you to be happy! If there’s an issue:

  • Report it within 24 hours of the clean.
  • We’ll return to resolve it free of charge (if justified).
  • Refunds are at our discretion and only considered after a re-clean has been offered.

7. Damage or Liability

  • We are fully insured for public liability and accidental damage.
  • Claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of service.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage
    • Wear and tear
    • Unsecured or fragile items not removed before cleaning

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, illness, road closures).


9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
